The move to the Methodist Church meeting room has now made it easier for people to access the memory café, being closer to the town.
Activities in November included a talk by Sophie who told us about the 'Meeting at the Plough' project, and we also had a 'chair dancing' session with Jenny - both activities were very successful.
In December we have a Christmas lunch at the Torrington Arms. We are now starting to organise activities for next year and in January we have Theresa, who will be providing music for us all to sing along to.
The café will be open on the second Thursday of each month in 2016, once a month through January to May and twice a month - second and fourth Thursdays - from May to September. Please have a look at our dates page for the latest information.
If you or a friend or family member has concerns about memory loss, then do come along and get information, support and advice from qualified volunteers, others caring for people with memory loss and NHS professionals.
If you would like any further information then please contact Pauline on 01805 625969.
